Cancellation Policy

Default Policy for General Plumbing Consultation & Inspection Supreme Renovators Inc. provides general plumbing consultations and inspections to help homeowners identify issues, assess system conditions, and receive expert recommendations before any repair or installation work begins. 1. Scope of Consultation & Inspection Our standard plumbing consultation includes: Visual inspection of accessible plumbing fixtures and lines Assessment of leaks, blockages, water pressure, and drainage Evaluation of visible pipes, valves, and connections Professional recommendations for repair, replacement, or maintenance Estimated pricing for required work (if applicable) Note: This service does not include invasive or destructive inspection unless approved by the client. 2. Consultation & Inspection Fee A standard inspection fee applies and must be paid at the time of service. The fee covers travel, assessment time, and expert recommendations. If the client proceeds with the recommended repair through Supreme Renovators Inc., the inspection fee may be credited toward the final invoice (optional policy — you can choose to include or remove this). 3. Limitations The inspection does not include: Opening walls, ceilings, or floors Camera drain inspections (unless booked separately) Testing requiring specialized equipment not included in the basic service Repairs performed during the consultation unless pre‑approved 4. Client Responsibilities Clients must: Ensure safe and unobstructed access to plumbing areas Provide accurate information about the issue Approve any additional diagnostic work before it begins 5. Liability & Warranty The consultation provides professional opinions only based on visible conditions. Supreme Renovators Inc. is not responsible for hidden issues that cannot be detected without invasive inspection. No warranty is provided for consultation-only services. Warranty applies only to repairs or installations completed by Supreme Renovators Inc. under a separate work order. 6. Scheduling & Cancellation Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Missed appointments are billed at the full inspection rate. 7. Follow‑Up Services After the inspection, clients receive: A summary of findings Recommended next steps A detailed quote for any required repair or replacement work
